Refund and Cancellation Policy

Manual payment review
If you submit proof of payment manually, access is activated only after admin review confirms the payment. If a payment cannot be matched, we may ask for more details or reject the request.
Refund requests
Refund requests can be sent within 30 days of payment for any paid Utilife product, including monthly plans, annual plans, bundles, and one-time upgrades. We review refunds for duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, accidental purchases, or cases where paid access cannot be activated or used because of a service issue.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available, or through a support-confirmed method for manual payments. Processing time can vary by bank, wallet, or payment provider.
Cancellations
For billing-period products, cancellation stops future renewal when recurring billing is enabled. Already-approved access remains available until the paid period ends unless support confirms otherwise.
One-time upgrades and bundles
One-time upgrades, including Ambagan Pro, and bundle payments follow the same 30-day refund window. Access already granted may be revoked after an approved refund.
