Utilife Software Publishing operates Utilife and is responsible for handling personal information collected through the service.

Information we collect

We collect account details, business setup information, product usage records, lead/contact submissions, affiliate records (including a payout number you provide), and payment review information such as submitted receipt files when you choose manual payment review.

If you use the loyalty tools, you may enter customer details such as a name and a contact identifier (a phone number or email) so a customer can be recognized across visits. You are responsible for the customer information you enter, and we process it to run the loyalty feature on your behalf.

How we use information

We use information to provide the apps, maintain login and access, review payments, support customers, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, analytics, communication, and payments. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you signed in and keep the apps working. First-party cookies remember a referral and where you arrived from for up to 30 days so credit is assigned correctly.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure page visits and ad performance, which sets cookies in your browser. We also send Meta a limited set of event data to measure ads; where this includes a contact detail such as an email, it is turned into an irreversible hashed value before it is sent. This helps us understand which ads bring people to Utilife.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to run the service, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Payment receipt files are kept as a record of the payment review. When information is no longer needed, we remove or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can request access to a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some apps also let you export your own data directly from your dashboard. If you are a customer of a business that uses our loyalty tools, please contact that business first, since your details there belong to them.
